On January 28, 2011, Gallatin hosted its second annual Eco-Food Festival to celebrate the world of sustainable food. Students sampled a variety of foods from local restaurants and farmers, perusing tables full of sustainable products, from seasonal honeys to cheeses made with milk from 100 percent grass-fed cows.
I'm coming to Gallatin in the fall! This looks like so much fun!
