Give this vid some props guys, there's a lot of videos dealing with this topic that have 10,000's of views this has currently 41 and no rating, I found this guy to be much more straight forward and understandable than some of the crap out there.

I agree with Stuart, I watched this after watching another and immediately thought, 'now this guy knows what he is doing.' I like the relief of tension prior to setting limit, he's a pro.

This video sucks . He explains the inner cage gap.....looking from the side. IS there some reason why he cant look WITH the camera and SEE the gap?? There are better videos on Youtube.
