It's true, it's that easy. Basically when you put pressure on the cylinder with the first instrument, you are pushing the pins inside against the edge so they stick. Then you use the 2nd instrument and push on the pins, each one tends to get stuck at the level where it's supposed to be for the lock to turn. Once you do that a few times while applying the turning pressure with the first instrument, eventually all of them are stuck at the correct height-level and the lock just opens as with a key.
this would be really good if it was realistic.... first you can move a lock that much when it is locked on to somthing so his range of movement is way out there... uhh how about you put thoes on a door that would inpress people

amazing, i wish i had those tools too.
i only managed to pick a normal 6 cylinder lock using a metal paper clip... can really hurt your hand... xD
