http://www.callcenterjobtips.com Really well written movie that pokes fun of both American and Indian cultures but with respect for each. Filmed partly in Seattle, but mostly in India. You see an American call center director has his section outsourced and he reluctantly travels to India to keep his job for a few weeks more till his stock options vest. He finds a culture he slowly comes to respect and embrace through an Indian woman he falls for and friendship with his coworker. The story plays out over many location shots in and near Mumbai. You almost feel you've been there by the end of the film. A great Indian cast really puts this one over the top with many laughs. Your next call with an Indian call center won't be the same.

  • @avk91 maybe not false impression, just the side you never seen. I very much respect your culture but I can understand the POV of the filmmaker.

  • I am a proud Indian. I found this movie very insulting and racist. We don't have cows in call centers here. We don't rob foreigners on streets. We respect our culture and traditions and those of others too. This movie gives a false impression of India, it's created in bad taste may be.

  • where can i see this?

  • Indians? Okay fair enough :)

  • @ycomp

its not because we dont know English..The English speaking population in India is more than population of United Kingdom...it takes time for us to understand your accent...we follow British English and hence do not know all the spellings of American English....and sum words mean differently in both cultures inspite of the common language....
