Wind chill 1 degree, TOO COLD! I'd cry if TWC would play this song again, it was my alltime favorite LF song.

Your incorrect the 4000s started getting the new logo in late 1999. And plus since there the 4000 is only used in a few cities theres no point in upgrading it like changeing the logo. :)

Actually that 4000 logo was debuted in january 2000 And replaceing the old logo with todays logo would just mean a update for the 4000 which wont happen beacause very few 4000s are around and because it would be very expensive for the weather channel.
