All the Systema haters out there need to really see it for themselves before talkin trash. like any art, you have some guys that don't train as hard as others and just want to have the T-shirt. but when you make these concepts part of your game, you will see. I have trained with Vladimir and Micheal, this guy is slick. i would love to do a seminar.

@snoopay,,,I'm sure he knows about life and death a bit more than you do..if not, post your vid.

@alicamarkina Flopping around makes you an easier target for the enemy and 5 seconds can be the difference between life and death.

@snoopay700 If you watched the episode of the Deadliest Warrior (Green Berets vs. Spetsnaz), you might have seen how Green Beret literally sucked in close range shooting when he had to move at the same time (even though both GB and S were brilliant in shooting aesthetic targets), while Spetsnaz guy took ~5 sec longer but killed all 3 targets. I think these exercise purpose is multifunctioning (moving, shooting AND hitting the target). Plus, 'flopping around' makes you worse target for your enemy

Systema is the KING. the best of the best! btw is maxim franz really russian? he looks like one, but his last name sounds german...
-
did anyone else realize that the two dudes hes fighting are clones, spetsnaz clones their live targets

Crazy deadliest warrior dude

Maxim Franz is one bad ass Russian Spetnaz
Finally, a style of close quarters fighting that actually works. No flying spinning kicks from across a room, and no backflips, just simple motions that conserve energy and provide maximum potential. Truely a brilliant fighting style.

this is probably the MOST USEFUL martial art that you will ever learn, seriously, it is easily applicable in most, if not all situations and trust me, you don't want to mess with these guys.
