This lesson, I am following up on the comment I made back in the 8-Bar Blues lesson where I mentioned I would eventually look at the 16 bar blues! Everything from; Country, to Rock, to Jazz & of course Blues, can (and with a variety of songs in fact does) employ the 16-Bar structure in some manner. A good deal of famous songs use the 16-Bar layout, including songs like; "Rock this Town," by the Stray Cats; or, Ray Charles's classic instrumental, "Sweet 16 Bars," or, Willie Dixon's, "I'm Your Hoochie Coochie Man," They're all 16-Bar formats!
