J. Krishnamurti, gave 4 Public Talks at San Diego, 1970. This is a part of Talk 4, he investigates the Crisis in Consciousness, and explores: Meditation and the UnNameable, in this talk.
This is the very best exposition of the subject of meditation that I've ever heard, bar none! Unbelievable!! Not the 'Maharishi' junk we got in the sixties, but the real-meal-deal on meditation: that you must completely quiet the mind and body and simply observe. That is the entire sum of the purpose. Fantastic....
I have been reading and listening to Krishnamurti for a while now. This is one of his best talks...so simple, yet so subtle and brilliant.
