Overturned Tractor Trailer N/B I83 S/O Mt Carmel Rd 3/4/2011

On March 4, 2011 at approx 2:30am Hereford and Baltimore County Fire, MD State Police, and State Highway crews were dispatched to an overturned tractor trailer on northbound I 83 south of the Mt Carmel Rd exit in Hereford, Baltimore Co., Md. The trailer was empty and driver recieved only minor injuries. Hazmat cews drained the fuel tanks. State Highway crews were dispatched to shutdown the interstate at Exit 24 diverting traffic off onto York Rd to Hereford and back onto I 83 until the trailer could be uprighted.
