Set at the turn of the century, the film follows the story of an independent woman in her quest to overcome the restrictions society has placed upon her. Mark's moments are standouts in an otherwise fairly slow movie.

Mark Linn-Baker is always great, whether in this movie, or in "Perfect Strangers", or in "Noises Off" or in any other acting appearance!
