The procedure is pretty much the same except, in your case, you would use the festoon adapter with the spring.

Yes but installation of the adapter is a little more difficult than the car in the video. To gain access to the socket you have to pull the dome light assembly down from the roof of the cab. It's held in by clips. Give it a good firm pull and it pops right off.
