I totally agree with you on that HenryDavidT..not many people are willing to take that risk...that's the reason why Laos is such a poor country..

none of these things stay in stasis, for sure. but they are not changing at rates that allow Laos to over come the seemingly time capsulized protractedness we've seen since we left the country in the mid 1970s.

You are right. There are more crownded than this in some classes. There are the teacher centred because of there are not enough space to do the pair or group work. Thanks for your comment.
