Here's another great drill to help you learn better perception of support and moving shoulders up using support. This is a swimming drill and a strength exercise that is very important, helpful and easy to do. Demonstrated by Pose Triathlon Coach and "the Fastest Amateur Triathlete of 2006" Jennifer Meyer.
