Here's another great drill to help you learn better perception of support and moving shoulders up using support. This is a swimming drill and a strength exercise that is very important, helpful and easy to do. Demonstrated by Pose Triathlon Coach and "the Fastest Amateur Triathlete of 2006" Jennifer Meyer.

  • This is Jennifer Meyer, she is a Pose Triathlon coach in St. Louis that I highly recommend and have been using for a year. I just finished my first 1/2 IM 30 minutes faster than my goal due to her TriSmar training system. The only way I could have been faster was if she did it for me!
