@jeanniethegrinch I think he's got a good balance. This feels like an organic discussion between two people rather than a host reading questions, a guest answering, over and over. Stephen is of course a fascinating person to listen to, but I find Craig Ferguson a witty and intelligent person as well (the reason I watch his show), so I feel like together they have a very interesting conversation and bring out things you might not get just from a rote Q&A format.

Craig Ferguson talks too much, interrupts his guests. It's the guest we want to hear not Ferguson's comments. He should take note from Michael Parkinson (former British chat show host) He got the best out his guests.
