The adverse changes to the twins were uncalled for...reduced the damage, I agree but taking away their combo tools was dumb...compared to there to the other casts the twins are almost low tier now.

Yeah Vega U2 has been buffed again, not nerfed. In Super it was 8F, in AE 9F, not making it an decent anti-air anymore, and now it's back to 8F again

@akumous That's JUST like Karas in TvC: CGoH. He was just like the twins, more so Yun in particular in terms of CRAZY rushdown game, good range, nice priority and low health. EVEN an infinite.

By the time of TvC: UA-S, Karas' execution timings on his combos were hard as hell to pull off, that alone made him untouchable and too hard to use, save for a few new tricks and his assist. Plus, his infinite only now worked in the open. His damage, like the twins' overall, was also nerfed a small bit.

Solar Plexus's 2nd hit increase 10 damage. God... I really love how ryu's ex hadouken now can be followed up (i'm ryu's ultra ii user)

Don't know how I feel about the knockdown on Zangief's s.FP. It IS good to keep them on the ground a lot, but I feel like it would need to be more damaging or FADC-able or something in addition to having the knockdown, or else it'd just be an obnoxious change.
