This is a bit of a recording session using the Vox Amplug AC30 and the Epiphone Les Paul Custom Antique Ivory. I was just playing with the delay and the guitar part turned out to be similar like the heavy stuff of U2's Exit of the Joshua Tree...
The song was written by myself.
Probably 50% of the stuff recorded in this video was used for the song you hear here. Everything was recorded with Logic Studio. I think the sound of the Amplug and the Epiphone with its stock pickups is decent enough for a recording.

  • I have a question can you connect the amplug to a real amplifier to get a better sound from the amp?

  • @mjvg1

Actually I don't know. I didn't try while I called the amplug my own...

  • What kind of guitar us that?

  • @whtiefox5647

Epiphone Les Paul Custom Antique Ivory

  • how did you record your guitar if u were only listening through headphones?

  • @MW2Awsomenes

The headphones were not connected to the Amplug but to the Edirol Firewire IFC.

The Amplug was connected to a Behringer MiniMic Pre-Amp and that Pre-Amp again to the Edirol IFC...

  • you are right it does have a U2 vibe...but I see alot of pink floyd in the beginning :D

    did you compose this? wow...

  • @trojancelis

Yes, that's it. You plug the Amplug into your guitar. Attach the headphones to the amplug... and walk through the streets...

  • @trojancelis

    YES!

    You're absolutely right!

  • dude i have a doubt...can you plug the amplug straight to the guitar and thats it ?...i mean i can amplificates by itself...or its just like a litle preamp.....could you just plug that thing and go on the street with your guitar walking and playing ?
