@sparced You must connect via USB, Bluetooth won't work.

does it work on Snow Leopard? I already have the driver installed but I don't have a PS3 controller, because I forgot to take it with me when I left our PlayStation behind in Hong Kong (because it doesn't work in Canada)

how do you configure on mame osx using snow lepord
-
@theonlyand GridWars is pretty awesome
-
so you install it and thats it, no preference pane or app to launch. my controller's four lights just rapidly flash like it hasn't made a connection. only game i've got is halo and it says no game pad is connected.

never mind the question I asked

i bet this is when Mac OS X 10.5.x was out before 10.6.x
Snow Leopard has native support for PS3 controllers out of the box!
Just plug in the PS3 controller in your Mac And press the "PS" button a few times for 3 sec. or so.
Then unplug the controller and press the "PS" button again and Mac OS X Snow Leopard will recognize the controller without any third party drivers!
Another valid reason to upgrade to Snow Leopard lol.
Hope this helps.
Bless

@pochoun33137 yes this was before 10.6.x was released. Thats the problem with doing videos like I do. Information gets outdated rather quickly.

does it have to be a mini usb? Can't it just be the controller charger?

@thechelet They are the same thing. So yes, it can be your charger.

what games work with the controller?

@birdwingsvids It seems to be hit and miss. Technically speaking all of them should, but a lot of them don't. I don't know for certain, sorry.
