This delicious appetizer is easy to make and fun to eat. A spiced ground turkey mix is rolled in a soft lettuce leaf to create a light easy to eat wrap. You can see the full recipe here: http://www.dishanddine.com/index.php/article/viewArticle/article_id/898.

  • @morassa Why do you say that?

  • damn it looks delicious..id taste it for sure...the food dont look that bad either

  • @snowleopard010 who on Earth could complain about these things... ;)

  • I do it completely different. No offense at all, so please don't take it the wrong way. What I do is make turkey meatballs (turkey, cilantro, shallots, ginger, and garlic). I set aside the fresh veggies, so I can add them to my wrap as desired. It's so fun this way. I usually cut up both hot and bell peppers, have bean sprouts and some shredded carrots. For dipping sauces, I put out fish/soy sauce, peanut sauce and sweet chile sauce. So fun. Your vid did made me hungry though, so thanks!
