Look at my house! I lost everything, I mean everything! A con-artist "contractor" claims he "fixed my house up like new"-These are today's pictures folks...HomEq says crap to me, a picture is worth a million words! The "contractors" sister is married to the County Treasurer, and the contractor has been in alot of trouble in the past/present! So how is your previous mortgage servicer (HomEq) responsible for this? Did they force this contractor on you?

Research, research and one more time research before you hire anyone.
On other hand in perfect world there should not be contractors like that.
By the way... did he left all this mess around your house or was it you? ;-)
