I'm guessing the other weapon you mentioned is called the Sublimer.

Sin of Hades. The Sublimer has 2 more attack, but it lacks skill drain. Sin of Hades is better all around, except for -15 accuracy, so it being better depends on how much over 99 my accuracy is.

Last Betrayal is by far the best, but it's impossible to get. I'll explain more about that post-game. Anything else better than the Prepare to Die is entirely opinion. There is one I would consider better, but it has -15 accuracy.
