after checking the Wiki entry, she may very well have been. As it says, Kamila was just born when Richard left. Allowing for a little hyperbole, that puts us into 1982 at most.

I'm reminded of the liner notes in her best of where she said that, by the time she recorded this, she just wanted to see the bright lights of the delivery room. She almost looks pregnant here again.
