1/16/2011 Rockwood Music Hall. This is a cover of Steve Earle's The Devil's Right Hand. Sorry, I did the best I could with the quality. The crowd was quite loud, unfortunately. I inexplicably discovered the zoom halfway through the song.

  • You got a shout out from John on twitter! That's sooooo cool!

  • @thundy08 Yes, that was sweet of him!

  • Oh, and you can still hear him whisper, which was the coolest part of that song. :)

  • I was disappointed that the crowd was so rude and loud, especially since I was visiting from Montana and this may be only Rockwood show of his I will see. Who goes to a Johnny Gallagher concert and talks through it?!

  • @jaimelongum A stupid person who doesn't appreciate GOOD music... Well at least you saw him live. I am so Jealous!

  • @HappyThoughtsToU Yes, I was so lucky to get to see him!

  • i love you johnny!!! i saw american idiot and now i'm totally hooked! i love your voice:)

  • @BlackTwilight16 This was the only show I've been to so I don't know how many people usually go, but there were a lot there. Go early to get a seat. Set list from what I can remember (not in order): Beautiful Inside, Close to the Cusp, Dead for a Year, Suppose I Died, Three Out of Five Ain't Good, They Ought to Name a Drink After You, Spoon River, Waiting at the Bus Stop, Loud, Proud, and Scared, and What Went Wrong.

  • Can you give me the setlist?? And how many people usually go to his shows?

  • Can you give me the setlist??

  • You are such a good singer. I almost got to meet you before American Idoit on Suday Jan 9 but you had to go in. :(

  • @jaimelongum I know, lately the rockwood has been so loud, and it sucks. It's because it's so packed that people come in early so they good seat for the band they want to see and don't care about the one's performing beforehand. Honestly, openers and earlier rockwood performers are how I've discovered some great new bands though!
