thank-you for seeing my comment and responding ...incidently every effort that each of us makes is timely & I will pray for understanding that We (each individual working together) are (or at least can be ) the solution and for understand that massive tax expenitures; massive project; and big business initiatives are counterprodictive ...moreover supporting such implementations discredits us (each individual) as the solution.

@arch37 ...I'm Canadian and I am living (and have been for a very long time) on less ...I am even using/utilizing 'geo thermal power as well as solar power understanding' in the spirit of consuming less ...more over I have been sharing for free my discoveries~saving tax dollars ...my point was that you are paying BIG tax dollars to big business for 'reasearch and development' that is being done and shared for FREE by your fellow countrymen (and countrywomen too : ) of course!
