im supposed to have my baby in 8 days but i feel like she is going to be born alot sooner like today and i would like to know why i feel like this and if i should go to the hospital or not if someone can tell me what to do VERY SOON that would be great
i just want to know if parts 1 & 2 of this prenatal video is suitable at any stage of pregnancy. I am 14 weeks along and i want to know if the last part of part1 is suitable for me, the one done if you have a breech baby.
The stretch for sciatic pain is definitely helping me though..

I'm 34 weeks and I haven't had any birthing classes or exercises besides walking to and from work (4 blocks each way) sometimes.
Can I do part 1 & 2, and at this late could it help with my labor and delivery?

Vicena, my yaga instructor recommends not beginning yoga until Week 16 or later. After this point, all of these exercises should be fine.
