  • @joisfantastic not getting enough of the nutrition ur body calls for will only get you depressed and craving more junkier and junkier foods. it also wont leave you energy to burn off excess fat. so eat foods with high nutrition and no/low fat/sugar. also, be weary of products from the supermarket claiming low/no fat/sugar. its best when you purchase food in its original form.

  • @joisfantastic note: food doesnt make you fat. the crap you dress it with does. and there is study that animal products (beef, chicken, seafood, milk, eggs) are bad for you so... i'd take with caution and in tiny portions if u find that you must. but id exercise not having them sometimes too. it brings out the flavor of vegetables and fruits. plus, animal products are high in calories when ur trying to lose weigh

  • @joisfantastic and make sure the beans etc are unprocessed, low sodium, no or low added fats (oil, cheese), and no added sugars.

  • if ur craving food, youre craving vitamins, fiber, and sugar. so go get an apple or two. not dried fruit. something more filling would probably be better. if you analyze the foods you crave, im sure itd either be something with protein (meaty) or sugar/carb (cake, ice cream, bread). fulfill ur cravings with beans/nuts (protein) and vegetables (fiber) and brown rice/ whole grain bread (carb) and fruit (sugar). these are things you should never deprive ur body. just have them in small portions.
