@ThaWeeknd This video was made about a year ago when I was on a push/pull/legs split. So on Monday I'd do this routine, Tuesday would be Back, Traps, Bi. Weds would be legs. Then Thurs I'd take the day off, then repeat but with different exercises.

How do you decide how many sets you should do for which exercise? I noticed sometimes you might do 4 sets, some 3 and some 2.

@Krib2501Art Usually base it around the size of the muscle.

Is this the right form for bench press? I have only been training for about 4 months and I have never really learned the right techniques. When i do normal flat bench press I take the bar all the way down to touch my chest. Is that wrong or? I ask cuz I'm having a hard time increasing the strengt in the chest..
Sorry for bad english, I hope someone understands what I'm asking

@lassehostrup It really depends. Proper form is to touch your chest, although for some, injuries and range of motion can limit what one can do. In this case, I should have gone down further (and had a spotter).

@ExlRocker It could potentially injure your back if done incorrectly (but then again so can a lot of other exercises!).
