Both Europe and USA have created pollution as much as they can in the C20. Its not fair for them to lecture china and India about pollution when they start modernization.

Has anyone ever thought about enacting emission standards and educating them about birth control??? Duh! duh! duh! Jeeez, what the hell is wrong with these people? They shit in their streets, and once pristine lakes. 700 million people in India have no access to toilets. They don't use toilet paper. They dump their industrial waste in their lakes creating open ground level sewers that are miles long....

What has happened to my beloved Delhi?? I love my Delhi... it is a 5000 year old city with extraordinary mix of different cultures... now ruined by humanity's lust for wealth!!
Sadly, there is nothing that can be done.. all cities in India are experiencing an explosive growth.. if the Delhi Govt succeeds in reforming the public transportation system by 2010 as it claims, it will be a major relief.
