Intel #22: When you're carrying MacMillan out of the building with the attacking dogs, look for another fire escape to your right. Climb the ladder, climb the escape and grab the laptop.

Intel #23: At the end of the mission, you'll fight large swarms of enemies while waiting for a rescue chopper. At some point in the midst of this battle, a double door on the left (if facing the Ferris wheel) will open to unleash a new group of bad guys. It's back in the shadowy, grassy apartment courtyards you came through to get to this area. Be warned - sometimes the door, for whatever reason, doesn't open. Just kill yourself and keep trying until it does

i,ve tried this level 3 times over again and the door wouldn't open

@pouncify Theres no need to keep redoing the whole complete level, just die and restart from the last checkpoint no need to carry on with the level if it isnt their at first. And BTW to all subscribers im back after a whole year gone, and after deleting all 45 of my "Hacks N Tricks" Season 1 Videos. tip: if the doors dont open, go to where they usually spawn (a door beside the pool house. if your there the enemies can't spawn there so the game makes them spawn at the other door thus opening it.

your soposed to put McCmillain down in the grass and run to the doors behind the pool, were the enemies spawn, and so that way the enemies can't spawn there so they spawn were the intel is then you go over there kill some of them and go in then take the intel.

HIDE BEHIND THE POOL AREA AT ANYTIME, ONCE HE TELLS U TO FIRE, RUN OUT AND KILL THEM AND HEAD TOWARD THE DOOR, MAKE SURE THEY NOTICE YOU. i just did it it took a while cuz this was the last one i needed and it was pissn me off that i couldnt get it

Unfortunately, that door only opens if you successfully kill all the Russian soldiers who fast-rope in from the choppers (compass West) in the second half of the firefight. If you somehow miss one of those soldiers, the door will not open even if your own extraction chopper arrives and awaits your exfiltration. If getting this secret is too hard, consider using the easiest difficulty level (via Mission Select) to weather the enemy fire.
