type C, 2 stroke engine

Rowland type C engine, a 2 stroke with a check ball by pass valve in the piston. It has dual exhausts & there's no throttle on the carb. The engine is water cooled by the copper tank, the greenish glass tank is the fuel/oil mix. Will run as a hit & miss or a throttler engine. Still have a couple bugs to get out of it.

Thanks XELA2T, glad you liked it. It's all cast in iron & all the unmachined surfaces were hand filed. Light oil on it keeps it from rusting. There's a link to a webpage on it up in the video information.

wow i love that engine, ive always liked two stroke engine i use to race formula go kart at ver high speeds, at idle theres nothing sounds better then a two cycle engine, this engine of your is a gem, finest ive seen to date, thank you for posting i only wish i own that engine its a master piece... thank you!
