@Nmae12 Sorry, you're right, I remember this comment, I wrote it very late at night. Yeah I mean't alot of people say not to round your back, but it's your lower back that you can't round, that will cause problems. A lot of people use their upper back and traps to pull because it helps them. Like Konstanov, he use his upper back a lot but has arguably one of the best deadlifts especially with his weight.

@Audi0milk you're confusing arching with rounding
-
Nice ! nearly perfect lift :))
keep it up
-
ok ok not bad
-
@kingflexx His back is not in a bad position at all only slightly arched, keeping a straight back when maxing out at deadlift is almost impossible

MCR in the background. Whoo!

When people say not to arch the back, they mean the lower back. That is a problem, but arching your upper back to pull is a method used by many people and of course on a heavy deadlift like this you can't have perfect form, so of course he isn't going to knee drive it right up as easily as a normal lighter weight dead. Look up Konstanov or whatever his name is sorry, that guy has the best deadlift and body and no back problems and he uses his upper back much more.

"Let's go, dad!" Too funny. Great lifting -- looks like he knows what he's doing.
