I think they should have shown footage of an actual championship game, with all the cheering and yelling... MUCH more exciting than just watching people practice.

A lot of Americans don't appreciate this game because they've never played it, or associate it with being an "old person" game because of shuffleboard. I've tried it, and it is hard, so there's merit in having it in the games, and a lot of my friends think it looks cool, but it likely won't take off because there's little chance to play it.
