  • does this thing start easy cold? is it good and reliable? thinking about getting one but haven't decided.

  • Electronic ignition come stock on this 800cc and makes this 800cc start and run great in the cold. Depending on who drives it and how they treat it will decide if it lasts or not. Parts for this can be bought on line, then shipped in. You will have to repair it yourself if you don't have a Roketa shop near you. Look for service shops in your neck of the woods to see if you can get tech support before buying. Other wise you may not want to purchase Roketas

  • Like any thing if you beat on it long enough you will snap it. I did see where improvements could be made in wiring and fused connections. But things like that were not a issue. I am able to replace things like that to make them better. This Roketa is a simple design everything is out in the open to work on it. When shifting this manual tranny it feels a lot like a VW bug transmission. Take care of it and don't abuse it I guess is the best thing said

  • That would be SWEET!!!!

  • what did you have to do to it to make it street legal? i know they come pretty well equipped with the basics.

  • High low Head lights with high light indicator on dash. OEM suspension, turn, tail lights, dot tires, seat belts, eye protection, Title with INVOICE a must!!! OEM parts. Be aware that where you get the plates they will say NO WAY!!! But the police called ahead for me to tell them there was no reason my (GO KART) could not be on the street. So they agreed but remember the invoice if you are the first owner or the first owner must first title it in his or her name, then title it like a car.

  • @WoodsCreekFarm yea this is a 3 cylinder fuel injected and i read some where that its made by Suzuki. Could be Subaru. But i wish it was a Honda.

  • i don't have any roketa shops nearby i have to do stuff online for parts and such but i work on stuff all the time so this shouldn't be much different then a 4 cylinder car or something, just alot easier to get to.

  • is the reliablity good. Alot of people say roketa is not good

  • Props ma, really nice sound, I luv it, almost sounds like a bikr engine, You should do a flat road run that would b awesome!!!

  • you need to stretch it out and stick a bbc in it.
