I love your videos, Susan Weed but I think you should know that every atom in your body does not change every 7 days. Your atoms are continually changing and your cells have generally changed about every 7 YEARS. I had to tell you this because I think it's very important that you get your facts right since you are such a fountain of knowledge and you have a large following. I hope you keep making videos
