After my failed attempt at learning Chinese this past month, I've decided to shift my attention onto something that really interests me more right now: Memory.
I will devote the next 60 days towards developing my visual memory via the School of Phenomenal Memory's 60 day course. I purchased the course years ago, but I kept giving excuses to not follow through. This course is absolutely the real deal, but the big problem is that most people do not follow through, and that was what happened to me.
This time, I will fully commit to it for two whole months and I look forward to seeing the end result. There is NO turning back. I will spend long hours if necessary to see it to completion. I will keep track of my progress daily, and will even cut out certain activities if I see that they hinder me from progressing forward. I am totally determined to complete this.
It will be a challenge, but this time I am far more prepared. I am watching my diet (since the food I eat, namely carbohydrates negatively affects my memory) and I am taking supplements, specifically fish oil for omega-3s.
I also have several different ways of dealing with emotional issues if they arise, so this is going to be a very interesting challenge.
I saw the website, it looks really promising and amazing. My memory, in my opinion is really weak. Now that you mentioned nutrition, I can say that it needs more work lol. So I want to get this program. How are you doing with the Memory course yourself? Thanks
