While there has been some confusion between this scene and a similar scene from Norris' movie "Good Guys Wear Black", this is not from that film. I own the film and will try to post the original scene ASAP.

if you see carefully the man didnt press brakes the car did it by itself because it was to scared on how hard chuck was going to hit it.
