Great typer! And Jett is right, from the shape of the vents in the spool covers it definitely is a no. 3. I notice your ribbon take-up doesn't seem to be working, hence the hole in the ribbon at the printing point. Check to see that your ribbon reverse switch isn't in the middle "off" position. -- Yours, Marty Rice

Despite the advance of technology, I find myself attracted to manual typewriters.
They help me visualize eminent detective story writers typing their works. The typewriters were a very splendid invention for us.

Where do you live because I don"t think that there are that many in Soouthern Georgia. Although I'll try to get my parents to go to Historic Savannah.

Check antique shops. In fact, I was at an antique shop a few weeks ago and I saw 2 Olivers. I already had those same models in my collection, though.
