Man, must've been nice when artists could do any kind of music they liked and not be castrated by society for doing music not "proper" for their skin color. yeah i know it's bullshit that people should listen to music "according" to their skin colour i say FUCK THAT since when does skin colour have anything to do with what music people should listen to? thats why alot of people these days get shocked by seeing african americans playing punk or metal music because so many are not use to seeing them play that style of music only rap/hip hop and rnb,im not white im a huge metal and punk fan.

I was lucky enough to watch these guys rehearse a few times... and was backstage at Universal Amphitheater when they opened for No Doubt (later years). They're as good as or better than all the other bands that came up around the same time. They even paved the way for some. It's fucked up in my opinion they never received the same recognition.
