Genuine V-Cube 6x6x6s and over 100 other puzzles are available in my Puzzle Shop here: http://tonyfisherpuzzles.net/puzzleshop.html
Since my Siamese Cubes (based on 3x3x3s) were probably the first twisty puzzle transformation in the world I thought it would be nice to do the same thing with the 6x6x6 V-Cubes. I decided to make both black and white versions in 2009. I made them by cutting the cubes at a 45 deg angle and then gluing them together. There are a number of alternative ways to make the cuts but this gave a nice internal view of the 6x6x6s before assembly (see photos on my website). The cuts were initially made with a Dremel but finished with a small hack saw. This process is shown in the video.
Quality is pretty good and the construction stops the 6x6x6s from ever locking up. I used standard Rubik's Cube style stickers taken from the V-Cubes. All possible moves are shown in the video. It would be nice if you could swap pieces between puzzles but that obviously can't happen.
Other Siamese puzzles I have made are my original Siamese Cubes, Siamese Skewbs, Siamese 5x5x5s, Triamese 5x5x5s Siamese 2x2x2 Triplets and Micro Siamese Cubes.
