  • I am so going to look for that Juice, the Orange Juice does not bother me but I am concernd about the Calorie's, with this Light Juice you get half..Great news!!! As for the Smuckers I am going to look hard for that I am sure someone down here has it, Kim is a Diabedic so it's perfect for her to..Awesome Kiddo..Thanks so much for the Info!!! Christina

  • I used to get Minute Maid Light when I was doing weight watchers... it took a little getting used to, but now I prefer it. Would the natural sugars make you "dump" or is that just refined sugars?

  • Splenda makes a brown sugar. I have not tried it, but I did see the bag at BJ's. I am also in FL, so if you know where a BJ's is, then you can get (pseudo) brown sugar.

  • First and most importantly I LOVE YOU posts! I don't know if it is everywhere but here in Ca. we have splenda in brown sugar also Whole foods market sells several sugar free syrups I gave it to my kids and they did not notice. Thanks for the Smuckers hint....love it!

  • I always have cream of wheat or oats in the morning.. never instant :P umm have a protein bar mid morning and a salad with some chicken or fish at lunch.. sometimes I have a low fat yogert before dinner or something like an apple.. then at dinner I try to get in 3 oz of meat, 1/2 cup of veggies ( thats before I cook them) and 1/4th carbs like brown rice or something. everyday is different but this is most of the time what I get in. :)

  • thanks for making this...I was getting a little worried, cause I love juice and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to drink it after the surgery.
