  • For those who have not been to NewSpring, if you had attended this service you would realize that this song is very relevant to what was being preached. RoseAngela did an awesome job with this song. She definitely has a gift.

  • I totally understand why this song was chosen. I know the feeling of blaming someone for everything thats has gone wrong in my life. They apologized for what they did to me but I regretably never had the chance to forgive them. They person I hurt most for not forgiving them was me. So AWESOME choice for the song and VERY beautifully sung.

  • @vedder101 well said, bro - so many people who claim to have faith in the same God waste their time on BS like this. But just remember that you can't blame your own faith or lack thereof on anybody else. That's your call, no matter who has disappointed you or set bad examples for you.

  • This Church is so backward. Many famous artists (often non-christian) glorify gospel songs with their own style and in some odd way flatter christians in the sense that they are singing about the God we know and love. But when christians glorify unbelieving artist's songs, I have to believe that this a church full of lost sheep whose leader will pay eternally. Give it a few months to a couple of years and we'll read that he has slept with girls or women from his congregation.

  • That's exactly why I am agnostic because of Christians like y'all arguing over a song that could be interpreted many different ways. The Bible is also another piece of literature that can and is interpreted in so many different ways. I would go to this church before I would go to a church that is going to JUDGE me as soon as I walk in the door. Y'all should be thankful as Christians that this church is bringing in lost souls.

  • There are SO many songs that glorify God and give Him praise, but this church chose to pick that one? I wonder how many lost people came to church that day and said, "wow, I didn't see anything different from these people from the world".

  • @titus2one

Amen. To that. What happened to Holiness and reverence for God.

  • What makes this song "secular"? because they play it on a certain radio station???

  • Secular music in a place they call church. Sorry, that is not a Holy Church. That is a concert arena.

  • @clemsontigers29621 I am sure there are some good people at newspring. But to call it a Church as a part of the Bride may be a mistake. Please don't confuse the true Bride of Christ with large buildings filled with worldly entertainment and church-lite seeker 'events.' The Bride is Holy and Christians are to represent Christ, not the world as newspring does. There is only one way to spread the true Gospel and mixing worldly secular entertainment is a violation of this. God bless, seek the truth.

you have no right to talk bad about the church like that,. because all you are doing is putting down Gods wife, the church. you obviously have no clue how wonderful this church is how amazing the things that they do. if you are going to be the person to but down then church then you are he person that is partnered with satin.
