The precautions are just being able to co-ordinate your tackling, they still smash the shit out of each other harder than footballers do when leading with their head (real manly btw) And did you even look up the names I'm giving you? I'm actually researching the players you think would stand a chance and I don't think you could be more deluded. If they take precautions, then that takes away from the hard hitting and fun! Getting hit in rugby is like getting hockey checked. It's not that bad. Getting hit in football is like being a crash dummy and it's a hell of a lot of fun. And no, your rugby players are completely inferior to any football player. Where did you get the idea that I live in a third world country? I'm English' born and bred. And the pads do make a difference, rugby players train to play without pads safely and not have to use massive helmets to buffer their hits. The technique and skill found in rugby players would outmatch most found in NFL. As for naming players, I bet I could find two rugby players more significant than any one you put forward. E.g. 'Adrian Peterson' < Henry Tuilagi and Martin Johnson.
