Metropolit is my favorite habs player without a doubt. I like Gorges and Subban pretty much as well. If Metropolit was a better skater he'd be a superstar. He's very good for protecting the puck and one of the best pasers of the NHL. He's got proper pro hockey experience but sometimes his small size doesn't help him. I'd take him in my team any day over most players.

Gomez is skilled, granted...he just hasn't produced much so far.
I had big hopes for Lapierre - when I first saw him play two years ago, I thought he had a lot of potential. I think he's lost his mojo.
I'm looking forward to having Markov and O'Byrne healthy again - hopefully they'll have an impact.
At least Price is playing well (though his record doesn't reflect it), and Komisarek is playing for the Leafs now - good riddance to that idiotic thug!

I know Eh! it's like we became the Raiders of the NHL...refs are out to get us every game! we are the most penalized team with the least amount of PP on average.Did you see that random penalty they called on us,against Boston with 5 minutes left in the game when we were up 1-0?
I agree with everything you said about the players,but Gomez contract might look ridicules,he still move those legs fast and creates open ice for his teammates.
I despise Lapierre! the guy never passes.
