An elderly man from New Rochelle shots & kills his ailing wife - and intends on killing himself but is talked out of it by police. Should he be convicted of murder or was this an act of mercy?
To the lady in black with the laptop: You're WRONG; Alzheimer's, which is a form of dementia, IS now considered to be (legally) a terminal illness. Proof is seen through newly established hospices for Alzheimer's victims.
I feel very sorry for both the man and his wife, but the law has been established; people are not allowed to kill other people. Petition the law if you'd like, but while it's still in effect, deliberate killing is against the law -- and cannot be bent to accommodate people's intentions.

Who is this clown anchor, and why isn't that hot field reporter behind the desk?
