ive been to this camp and havent managed to maintain my weight gastric band surgery would be best for weight loss because you can keep it in you for life if you dont sucseed by 18 i recon people should have surgery

Hi Nemer300, Sorry to hear you didn't do as you expected following camp. We have found that not everyone is able to take on board the messages from camp and implement them. We know that about 85% of our campers lose weight and keep their weight off so its a shame you were not in this group. I actually agree that surgery works and may be appropriate for some. Good luck.
