I love this film and am creeped by it but the only funny problem with it is their completely different bone structure. Can't happen. You can't change the jawline to slimmer. Unless they shaved it off or changed it too.

@MrShinyDark Umm he was obviously just messing around and btw they didnt actually perform that surgery they would have just had the actor switch roles while the character behind the face still was who they originally were
