CTR: Turbo Track Lap 29''99 (with Saffi Fire)

My best Turbo Track video, but my best time is 28''89 (I improved, my best was 29''35 when I did this video)..
Saffi Fire it's losed on the U-Turns, and with a crappy Ultra Ghost on this turns.

There are no clear instructions anywhere on the internet on how to perform Ultra Ghost. I've tried Down + Turn + Square while hopping and I just turn around but keep moving in a straight line (essentially sending me backwards). Any tips?

In the last turn, there's a big part with grass.

Run making powerslides on that part as much as you can and you'll get Saffi Fire after 2'00''00
