OR you can use brads to "adhere" the stamped cardstock to the sand paper and that adds a little more embellishment. Great manly ideas, though. TFS! (:
Just a thought... instead of cutting a hole in your sandpaper you could just use Silicone glue gel, such as Pinflair Glue to adhere the topper to the sandpaper. If it can stick anything to glitter card then i'm sure it would work just as well with the sandpaper and it will guarantee your topper won't fall off! Hope that helps... and saves your scissors from going blunt! ;-)
just when "they" thought they were safe from us crafters...we start stealing their tools lol you could also use the washers as tyres for car stamps. great tips Anita!
I love all this masculine ideas! I use soda can pull tabs on my cards for "buckles" on my ribbons. I never thought of using washers! I will have to steal some from my husband's workshop, now. Thanks for sharing.
I bought washers a few months ago for the same reason! My husband's a mechanic, so I'm always looking for masculine things to jazz up his cards. TFS, Heather

Good Comment on the Kitchen scissors you don't want to ruin your craft ones on that hard sand paper.
