Democratic Sen. Ted Lieu of Torrance, the author of a controversial anti-hunting bill (Senate Bill 1221), has some explaining to do on what is "inhumane and unsportsmanlike."

While Lieu has likened the practice of using dogs to hunt bears as "shooting a bear at a zoo", Lieu has also defended practice of shark finning, by saying there is "nothing inherently wrong with eating shark fin soup."

You be the judge: Is Ted Lieu talking out of both sides of his mouth? Or are the two issues mutually exclusive?
