Hi! I am sorry that I don't update. I am so ashamed. Here is my 3.5 month video. I am hoping that you still remember me! I hope you all are well. I am sorry for the length! It's another one of those long ones.

In this video I talk about depression, weight stats, goals, doctors, collarbones, eating chocolate and how bad I am.

  • 65 pounds is AWESOME!!! I recently made a vid about comparisons. They're inevitable but so silly/destructive and a total waste of time. Rock your own journey, girl!

  • Crossing the legs was a big thing for me too, and I do it all the time!! Its comfortable actually hehe.65 pounds in 3 and a half months is great! Youre so funny, I was cracking up!

  • It can do that, but at least it keeps you from eating too much of it. lol, j/k!

  • Yeah, it probably is SAD. I am already on medication that helps me deal with depression but it's a very very low dose. i am wondering if next year I up the dosage slightly maybe that will make a difference??

  • It sounds to me like Seasonal Affective Disorder. You should talk to your pcp to avoid this next winter. There are plenty of therapies to explore for this. Good luck with the weight loss and it's wonderful! I know winter can be a rough time, no sun, cold..dark..bleek. Just look forward to the warmer weather and it will be here before you know it.
