Because this is an old video and powerpill.conf has changed.
Now you don't have to edit anything in powerpill.conf

this is weird my /etc/powerpill.conf file is completely different from yours in the video

First, installed powerpill, and then "nano /etc/powerpill.conf"
But now powerpill.conf has changed from what I've seen so look it carefully.
